Text is based on Nietzsche's book The Birth of Tragedy. Im trying to use Nietzsche's concepts or artistic names of Dionysos and Apollon to analyse David Lynch's Twin Peaks.
Music in image and image as music (part 2)
In this second part im still using Dionysos and Apollon as methodological tools, but im expanding my theoretical tool kit with Deleuze's and Guattari's concept of refrain. In part two im continuing my analysis of Twin Peaks, but Im also considering fast montage in resent action films.
